Walk-behind Road Polishing Machine
Introduction:
The chrome-plated road polishing machine model DMRS 1000 is a gasoline-powered machine used for lifting, smoothing and polishing of wet concrete surfaces. Its main structure is a spatula rotor driven by a motor or a gasoline engine, and 2 to 4 spatulas are installed on the bottom surface of the cross in the middle of the rotor.
This machine can be widely used in the field of factories, workshops, warehouses, parking lots, squares, airports and framed buildings. It is a helpful machine tool in concrete construction.

This polishing machine adopts a direct turbine reducer to transmit power, it has the characteristic of a large reduction ratio. This machine is constructed as an electric motor or gasoline engine that drives the polishing machine to rotate through a triangular belt transmission gearbox, achieving a smooth and even transmission speed. The turbine transmission has the advantages of large transmission torque, stable speed, and so on. This machine can be used for both rough and fine grinding. The rotation of the handwheel can adjust the angle of the scraper to achieve rough or fine grinding.

​It is also suitable for wall corner finishing, small corridors, and indoor spaces. It can work in environments such as the corners around pillars without touching the wall. The rotating protective ring avoids contact between the blade and the wall, making it suitable for construction operations in similar environments such as small and medium-sized aisle machine walls and the corners around pillars.

Notes for Using:

The oil level of the turbocharger needs to be checked regularly. If it is below the oil level, please add oil in a timely manner.

After each use, the equipment should be cleaned in a timely manner, especially the wipes should be stored in a dry, clean, and non corrosive environment

When the scraper is worn to 30mm on one side, loosen the nut, turn the scraper around and tighten the screw again to achieve the purpose of two pairs of use.

Rotate the handwheel to adjust the angle of the smear, in order to achieve the ideal effect of rough wiping.

If shutdown is required during construction, please turn off the power in a timely manner.

When the gasoline engine is shut down, press the switch on the handle in a timely manner to stop the engine.
