Operation Manual:

Check if the mechanical performance is good, and ensure that the workbench and bending machine surface are level; And prepare various spindle tool blocks.

Install the core shaft, forming shaft, blocking iron shaft or variable blocking frame according to the diameter of the processed steel bar and the requirements of the bending machine. The core shaft diameter should be 2.5 times the diameter of the steel bar.

Check the core shaft, stopper, and turntable for any damage or cracks, and ensure that the protective cover is securely fastened. Only after confirming normal operation can the operation be carried out.

When working, insert one end of the steel bar that needs to be bent into the gap provided for fixing the turntable, and fix the other end tightly against the machine body and press it tightly by hand. Check the fixing of the machine body and ensure that it is installed on the side that blocks the steel bar before starting. Check if the mechanical performance is good, and ensure that the workbench and bending machine surface are level; And prepare various spindle tool blocks.
