Traditional Electrolytic Plate:
Traditional electrolytic plate operating rooms can be divided into two types according to different surface treatment processes: on-site spraying and pre-spraying. According to the structure, they can be divided into octagonal structure and arc structure. The arc structure electrolytic plate operating room is the structure adopted by most operating room purification projects. The arc radius is generally R300. It has the characteristics of large space and high space utilization. Most of the octagonal structure operating rooms are used in the southern region. It has the characteristics of strong three-dimensional sense, angular transition and clear lines.

The two styles of electrolytic plate operating rooms have their own advantages. The wall panel thickness is generally 1.2mm or 1.5mm, with reasonable reinforcement ribs to ensure the flatness of the board surface, and 9mm-12mm gypsum board or calcium silicate board is attached to the back. During construction, the factory will layout and produce according to the on-site line drawing and assemble on-site. The keel part can be welded with square tubes, or assembled with the industry's "C" type keel. The electrolytic plate operating room installed with the keel has good overall strength and high seismic resistance.
On-site Spraying Electrolytic Plate:​
The on-site sprayed electrolytic plate operating room has the characteristics of good integrity and convenient repair. The surface treatment of the on-site sprayed electrolytic plate operating room consists of putty leveling, anti-rust oil, transition layer, and water-based environmentally friendly antibacterial topcoat.
Pre-sprayed Electrolytic Plate:​
The surface of the electrolytic plate of the pre-sprayed electrolytic plate operating room adopts high-temperature spraying treatment technology. The surface treatment has been completed in the factory. Only the electrolytic plate assembly needs to be completed on site. Compared with the electrolytic plate operating room sprayed on site, it has obvious advantages in shortening the construction period, and its total service life is longer than that of the on-site sprayed electrolytic plate operating room.

In addition, it has the characteristics of convenient construction, high construction efficiency, small joint error and wide application occasions. It can be used in clean operating rooms, clean corridors, clean industrial plants and various clean functional rooms. Its installation effect is simple but not simple, with a strong sense of modernity, giving users a good visual sense. It can also customize single-sided or double-sided electrolytic plates of various thicknesses (40mm or 50mm) according to on-site conditions.
